Trying to ID these tablets from a grainy photograph.  Rather large, white, oblong, imprinted "G . U" on one side.  (there is a rather large dot between the G and the U)

Other side is either blank or scored (photograph appears to contain at least 2 types of white tablets, perhaps 3...)

any one have any ideas?

THANKS!

Unknown tablet

Have tried almost every EU country plus India and can not find anything matching this photo. Could ig be a pharmacy's own brand of something OTC?

Any way to get a sharper image?

Does the one tablet that does not show the "G U" say "SEC" on the reverse side? I had to touch it up with Canon Photo Editor, and I still can't make heads or tails of it.
