I was ill with an intestinal bacteria in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and after seeing a doctor, my impression is that they have very good healthcare in Thailand. I was given an antibiotic to take care of the intestinal bacteria, which it did. They gave me other pills in little plastic bags, and on one was written "for fever" and the pills inside are round, about 1 cm in diameter, top half white, bottom half blue. There are no markings at all on the pills, suggesting that this is not an American-made drug. Is it possible to know what these might be?

Lab testing will answer your question.  This website is based in America with some foriegn members .  I have a few friends from Thailand I might be able to get a tip from.
