agonist...antagonist

Like taking methadone, or Talwin, never take an opiod with an antagonist...sounds like a recipe for disaster, or an unneccesary mess...

Stick to the KISS solution...Keep it Simple Suzie

Usually, enough oxycodone should kill your pain...if not, bump it to oxymorphone, or hyrdocodone, or hydromorphone...there's enough good single pain killers on the market, you don't need to patch here and there...sounds like you suffered for several months, while your Doctor just told you to grin and bear it.

Get something good, then stick with it.  80 mg controlled release Oxycontin are strong...if too strong, go down to 60, or 40 mg...work with something that has the power to control your pain without playing around with non-narcotics and narcotics.  Buprenophine can be dangerous if taken with a definate narcotic like Oxycodone.  Just a suggestion.

Not many people get the

Not many people get the luxury of stating what C-II pain medication and dosage they want to be prescribed and not get labeled as a drug seeker and get a red-flag put into their medical records.

meds

I'm in Canada, and just talk to my Doctor...we might have more relaxed rules here, and never get something like red flagged...that doesn't sound very nice, especially when you need a medication for legitimate reasons.

Yes, but wouldn't you have trouble bringing Rx's back from Canada or getting an Rx filled in America from a Canadian doctor?

Ah, gotcha...I just know how

Ah, gotcha...

I just know how the govt. is about things crossing the border...or is that just down south where I live? lmao

You don't seem to hear much about canadian's hopping the fence...maybe its better up there...

*rubs stubble on chin while pondering* I wonder........

Tongue out

I guess what kinda made me think that might be illegal is the thought of someone going and getting a script of diamorphine in the UK and then flying it back here...while it is used medicinally there, its C-I here...(diamorphine=heron...)
