I have just been reading the wiki on Bromazepam and to my suprise it says "Bromazepam is a long-acting benzodiazepine and is lipophilic". Lipophilic meaning - promoting the dissolvability or absorbability of lipids.

From this I take it that if I swallow my Bromazepam with a glass of milk, it will dissolve and thus kick in faster.

Is this correct?

why not ?

Take your tablet 15 minutes earlier.   Far too often I see posters talking about a "kick"  " euphoria...If your chasing that "kick" your headed for trouble.

Please excuse my "kick in faster" remark

Let me reiterate.

I don't mean to chase the effects of Bromazepam but rather get the best possible effects from the dosage taken. In a sense make 1mg that very slightly more potent and thus getting more from my medicine.

So you suggest i take the Bromazepam 15 minutes before drinking the milk, Goat?

re:

Perhaps set up a strict schedule for that med..if feeling like you need it before lets say 2 pm...take it with milk at 1:45 pm.Wink

just don't  take with alcohol that is a really bad combo....
