Wonderful article mrbradman! A very informative piece. The only thing I would change or correct is your mention of "Vioxx (rofecoxib)." Vioxx (and Bextra) were taken off the market about five or six years ago. Celebrex (celecoxib) and Mobic (meloxicam) are the two popular COX2 inhibitors remaining on the market. But once again I must give a hefty applause for a well-written article.
hmmm...? Welcome aboard if you are new Carlo. htmom

All I can say is Thank You so much, This was a wondeful thing for you to do for newcomers as well as older members as we all have questions, again, Thank You for all your time and effort, Nancie.
Last year from the forum. But he will probably read this anyway.
i love this list! i find myself referring to it more often now...
I think it's a great list too and was awesome for a member to go out of their way to compile such a list. I think it could have done without the personal names, such as who was taking the patch, or other types of medications. Some people really don't know anything at all about medical terminology and those names that are so familiar to us could really confuse the person who is all new to this medical stuff.
Other than the personal names attached though, I think it was a great job and took a lot of effort.
yea its definately opened my eyes to different meds and their uses. a great list indeed!
